My mission is to create timeless, genuine imagery that celebrates life’s most meaningful moments. I believe the best photographs are more than beautiful, they tell your story, preserve emotion and become lasting reminders of the people and seasons you’ll never want to forget.

Behind the Lens

Hi, I’m Amy.

I started Indigo Creativ in 2019 after years of freelancing and discovering just how much I loved documenting the moments that matter most. What began as a creative passion quickly became a career built on genuine connection, storytelling and creating images that feel timeless.

For the past decade, San Diego has been home and where I built my career as a photographer. Recently, I relocated to Canyon Lake, inspiring the name change to Indigo Coast & Canyon, a reflection of the two landscapes that have shaped both my life and my work. I travel regularly between Inland and Coastal Southern California to stay connected to both communities.

My heart is in capturing life’s meaningful seasons, whether that’s a growing family, a surprise proposal, an unforgettable engagement, an intimate wedding, a branding session that sets your business apart, or the beautifully ordinary moments that make up everyday life. Every session is different because every story is different, and I believe your experience should feel just as personal as the photographs themselves.

My approach is relaxed, intentional and centered around getting to know you. I want you to feel comfortable enough to be yourself, because that’s where the most genuine moments happen. Rather than forcing poses, I guide you naturally while leaving room for authentic connection, laughter and emotion.

When it comes to editing, my style stays true to life. I love a timeless and natural feel that will still age beautifully decades from now. That said, your vision matters to me. Whether you prefer warm and earthy, bright and airy or something uniquely your own, I’m always happy to collaborate so your final gallery feels like you.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to create photographs that don’t just show what a moment looked like but remind you exactly how it felt.
